Service is the principle that Progressive Transportion, Inc. was founded
on when it opened in 1995. Our goal was to be the best, not the biggest.
Each new employee, regardless of experience or background, is trained
to be proactive in ensuring service. Through the use of trailer tracking
devices or driver cellular communications our operations department makes
sure both operations and the client know where your goods are at all times.
Good service is no accident. By concentrating on the details, we ensure
that your service requirements are met.
Our Services Include:
- On time pick-up and delivery
- Shipment loading and unloading
- Fully equipped air-ride trailers that include 175 furniture pads, 30 straps, 24 cargo bars, 12 sheets of plywood and walkboards
- Satellite trailer tracking
- An Operations Professional on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year
- Dispatch coordination with installers and third party handling crews, for those after hours installations
- Direct contact with service staff, no voice mail
- Experienced drivers that can load and unload a van without loss and damage
- Timely billing so your revenue is not in a holding pattern
